WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Salon Manager, you’ll take an active role in both your team’s success and the growth of your salon.
You’ll:
- Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop talented salon professionals
- Create a positive, energetic, and supportive team culture
- Drive service sales, retail performance, rebooking, and client retention
- Set goals and help your team reach—and exceed—them
- Recognize individual strengths and help stylists grow their careers
- Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and daily salon operations
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Professionally resolve client concerns
- Maintain high standards for salon appearance, cleanliness, and operations
- Identify opportunities to increase salon traffic and grow the business
- Lead from the front and set the standard for your team
