The salon manager’s primary role is to ensure the store’s profitability, ensure customer satisfaction and generate an enthusiastic and professional environment where employees are supported and continuously inspired, through effective leadership, to do their best. The manager must be a constant role model for all employees and have the ability to inspire respect and creativity.
The Store Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Recruiting & Retention.
- Demonstrate & Coach Strong Technical Ability.
- Market the Salon and Grow the Business.
- Lead, Coach and Develop a Team.
- Manage and control salon expenses.
- Complete required administrative tasks.

Requirements:
- Current cosmetology or barber license or you must currently be enrolled in school to obtain the required license.
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, providing quality consultations and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
- Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties.
- Business management skills (scheduling, cash management, reporting, record-keeping).
