What you’ll do

• Help your salon manager lead and motivate the team
• Mentor stylists and lead by example
• Give every client a warm, top-notch experience
• Pitch in on daily operations, inventory, and salon goals
• Keep the salon clean and compliant

You’ll need

• An active cosmetology or barber license (or reciprocal)
• A love for hair trends and great artistry
• A positive, team-first attitude
• The drive to learn and grow into leadership
