Love doing hair and ready for more? Our busy, full-service Supercuts at the Newport Y is hiring an Assistant Manager to partner with our salon manager and help lead an awesome team. It’s the perfect next step for a stylist who wants to grow.

Your role

• Help your salon manager lead and motivate the team
• Coach newer stylists and set the example
• Make every client feel welcome
• Pitch in on daily operations, inventory, and salon goals
• Keep the salon clean and compliant

You’ll need

• An active cosmetology or barber license (or reciprocal)
• A passion for hair
• A positive, collaborative attitude
• Interest in growing into leadership
